Desde técnicas ingeniosas como la elaboración de licor a partir de un producto secundario lácteo, o la infusión de ingredientes nativos, incluidas frutas y hierbas de origen local, hasta la adhesión a métodos tradicionales, como el uso de una variedad de trigo local, abarcan toda la gama. Windsor became the birthplace of Canadian whisky production with the establishment of Hiram Walker and Sons Ltd. Distillery in 1858, and Canada’s reputation for high-quality, rye-flavoured whisky remains strong today.
