Distilleries

Ontario’s craft distilleries take the art of crafting only the finest spirits very seriously.

From inventive techniques like crafting liquor from a dairy side product, or infusing native ingredients, including locally sourced fruits and herbs to adhering to traditional methods such as using a local wheat strain, they run the gamut. And the effort is worth it. Superb whiskys, rich rums, smooth vodkas, crisp gins and one-of-a-kind moonshines means there’s a lot to toast at our local distilleries.
