How to get to Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada

Location: 288 Bremner Boulevard, Toronto

By car: This attraction is located in Toronto’s Entertainment District, just a short walk from the CN Tower. There is no on-site parking, but limited street parking and underground lots are available.

By transit: GO Transit and the TTC offer regular transit service to Union Station. Access the aquarium from Union Station via a pedestrian pathway. 

Know before you go

Ripley’s Aquarium is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., year-round. On Tuesdays, it’s open until 5:00 p.m.

Allow yourself approximately two to three hours to fully enjoy the aquarium experience.

Get tickets in advance and skip the ticket line when you visit. This will save time, especially during peak season and holidays.

Attend Jazz Night

On the second Friday of every month, Ripley’s Aquarium hosts a Jazz Night featuring a live jazz band that plays classic songs in a magical underwater setting.

Ripley’s Aquarium in Toronto features sea creatures from marine and freshwater habitats from around the world, housed in 5.7 million litres of water.

Visitors can meet the animals at Ripley’s Aquarium up close in North America’s longest underwater viewing tunnel, where a slow-moving conveyor belt pathway carries you beneath sharks, stingrays and other marine life swimming overhead.
