The “boys in blue” as they are affectionately called, play their home games at the multi-purpose Rogers Centre (formerly SkyDome) beneath a crowd of baby blue seats made to match the players’ uniforms. If you buy tickets for a rainy day, don’t fret, Rogers Centre has a retractable roof so you can watch baseball rain or shine.

Some things to do may not be available due to COVID-19.

Many tourism experiences require advance bookings or have restrictions in place due to COVID 19. It is important to check directly with the business operator before you travel. Get the most up-to-date information now.

Rogers Centre

Rogers Centre is located at 1 Blue Jays Way in downtown Toronto, surrounded by the likes of Exhibition Place, CN Tower, and the Lake Ontario harbourfront.

If you’re in the city a day or two prior to the game, take a tour of the stadium to learn more about the history of both the team and their home game facility. Visitors are welcome to watch batting practices, an exciting preview ahead of gameday.

From vending machine snacks to hearty meals, there are a wide selection of food choices at Rogers Centre, including all the classic baseball game day delights, from hot dogs and ice cream to a cold beer. Keep an eye out for the Dugout Deals, which are food and beverages under five dollars available throughout the stadium.

From accessibility services to lockers, washrooms and other facilities, review the Rogers Centre Information Guide, and check out the seating map in advance so you know where to head on game day.

How to Get to Rogers Centre

Due to limited parking in the city core, public transit is the easiest option to get to Rogers Centre.

By Public Transit: Take any public transit – subway, GO train, or bus – to Union Station, where you’re just a few minutes’ walk from the stadium.

Parking: Drivers can find parking using the ParkWhiz app for street parking or pay for parking at the underground lot in Gate 8 of Rogers Centre.

Tips to Have the Best Fan Experience

The Jays have a large and dedicated fanbase. Join these tried-and-true devotees by doning baby blue colours to the game. Some fans even paint their faces in addition to wearing the team colours – now that’s commitment.

Stop by the merch shop at Rogers Centre or order from the team store online to stock up on all the baby blue you need to show your support to these fantastic players. And don’t forget to shout “OK Blue Jays” when the crowd goes wild. Let’s play ball!
