Covent Garden Market
Serving London since 1845, the Covent Garden Market features over 50 indoor merchants selling local produce, cheese and foods, a weekly outdoor farmers’ market, dozens of restaurants and fun events.
When: Operates year-round, Monday to Sunday, except on public holidays.

Kitchener Market
Established in 1869, the Kitchener Market is a great place to find seasonal produce and artisan-crafted foods, as well as fun events like cooking classes and craft workshops. Visit the Food Hall for home-style breakfast and lunch options.

Downtown Windsor Farmers’ Market

St. Catharines Farmers’ Market
For over 160 years, the St. Catharines Farmers’ Market has offered fresh foods and handmade items from the local area. Shop for farm fresh produce, baked goods, pasture-raised, hormone-free meats, local honey, preserves, cured meats and cheeses at Market Square.
When: Operates year-round on Saturdays and Thursdays (Saturdays only in January).
Hamilton, Halton and Brant
Hamilton Farmers’ Market
Located in the heart of downtown Hamilton, beside Jackson Square and the Hamilton Public Library, this market dates back to 1837. Find a wide variety of baked goods, flowers and artisan-made crafts from over 50 vendors.
When: Operates year-round from Wednesday to Saturday.

Paris Farmers’ Market
Find everything from spices to fresh and organic produce, baked goods, maple syrup and handmade preserves from local farms, greenhouses and farmsteads. On rainy days, the market moves from the parking lot to inside the Syl Apps Community Centre.
When: Operates seasonally, every Thursday from June to Thanksgiving weekend.

Brantford Farmers’ Market

St. Jacob’s Farmers’ Market
One of the most renowned farmers’ markets in Canada, the St. Jacobs Farmers’ Market in Waterloo is also the nation’s largest year-round market.

Georgetown Farmers’ Market

Guelph Farmers’ Market
For over 190 years, the Guelph Farmers’ Market has brought farm-fresh fruits and vegetables, along with baked goods, cheeses, flowers, preserves and other local goodies to the heart of Guelph.

Dufferin Grove Farmers’ Market
Located in the heart of Toronto’s west end in Dufferin Grove Park, this market features a revolving list of vendors from southern Ontario. Each week, visitors fill their baskets with local meats and dairy products, organic produce, baked goods, craft-made kombucha and specialty preserves.

The St. Lawrence Market
First established as a public market in 1814, this downtown Toronto heritage site on the southwest corner of Front Street and Jarvis Street was once named the world’s best food market by National Geographic. The attraction features several buildings, including a brand new north building to host the market indoors.

Hillcrest Farmers’ Market
Held in the parking lot of Richmond Hill’s Hillcrest Mall, this seasonal market is brimming with farm produce, artisan-produced honey products, fresh baking, locally cured meats and many other locally made goods. The market is located at the mall’s Carville Road Entrance—keep an eye out for the vendor booths.
When: Operates seasonally, Sunday from May to mid-October.
Bruce, Grey and Simcoe
Wiarton Farmers’ Market
The Wiarton Farmers’ Market connects visitors with authentic local growers and producers who offer a true farm-to-table experience with seasonal fruits and vegetables, local meats, maple syrup and even garden plants.
When: Operates seasonally, Fridays from Victoria Day weekend in late May to Thanksgiving in mid-October.

Barrie Farmers’ Market
Originally established in 1846, the Barrie Farmers’ Market is older than Canada. For over 150 years, the market has sold the best local food and artisan goods Barrie has to offer.

Creemore Farmers’ Market
Stop by this farmers’ and craft market in the quaint Village of Creemore.
Various vendors and products are available each weekend from local farmers, artisans and businesses.
When: The summer market runs from mid-May to the end of October. From December until April, the Creemore Farmers’ and Craft Market moves indoors at the Station on the Green, with a cozy shopping experience on the second Saturday of the month, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Kawarthas and Northumberland
Peterborough Farmers’ Market
Held for over 190 years, the Peterborough Farmers’ Market is one of the oldest in Ontario. Featuring upwards of 100 vendors, it’s a great place to find everything from seasonal fruits and vegetables to maple products, deli and prepared foods or locally-made crafts, all while listening to the sounds of local musicians.
When: Operates year-round from May to October inside the Morrow Building parking lot, and from November to April inside the Morrow Building just south of the parking lot.

Peterborough Regional Farmers’ Market
Shop for fresh produce, baked goods and crafts at the Peterborough Regional Farmers’ Market.
When: It operates seasonally on Saturdays from May to October in Quaker Foods City Square. Between November and April, it is held on Wednesdays at 360 George Street North.

Lindsay Farmers’ Market
Established in 1859, the Lindsay Farmers’ Market is another long-running market in Ontario.
Visit either of the two locations to shop for local produce and meats, maple syrup, jam and jellies, flowers and shrubs. Hand-made jewelry, paintings, wooden furniture and other crafts made by local artists are also available.

Memorial Centre Kingston Farmers’ Market
This market is 100% producer-run with vendors selling what is grown or produced within roughly 100 kilometres from the market. Visit over 30 local food and craft producers for fresh produce, meats, cheeses, prepared foods and artisan items.
When: Operates year-round every Sunday, except the first two Sundays after Christmas and Easter Sunday.

Kingston Public Market
Located at Springer Market Square, behind City Hall in historic downtown Kingston, the market has been at the heart of the community since 1801, making it one of Ontario’s oldest markets.

Gananoque Farmers’ Market

Rosseau Farmers’ Market
One of the rare farmers’ markets where you can arrive by boat or plane, the Rosseau Farmers’ Market brings fresh produce and arts and crafts right to the waterfront. The summer market is held at the end of Short Street off Highway 141 on the Lake Rosseau waterfront. The Thanksgiving Market is held at the Community Town Hall in the village of Rosseau.
When: Seasonally on Fridays, from the last Friday in June to the third Friday in September.

Sudbury Farmers’ Market
