Here is a handy list of some of the great outfitters and equipment rental companies in or close to key parks in Ontario. Note, this list is not a complete list of all parks in the province. For that, you’ll need to visit Ontario Parks.

Algonquin Provincial Park

Algonquin Outfitters: rents canoes, kayaks, stand up paddleboards, water trampolines, mountain bikes and an assortment of camping gear.

Voyageur Quest: provides fully equipped canoe trips into Algonquin Park.

Canoe Algonquin: canoe and kayak rentals as well as tents, sleeping bags, sleeping pads, cooking sets, and more.

Algonquin Adventure Tours: Dwight-based local guided company offering some of the most popular professionally guided tours in Algonquin Park for canoeing, photography, fishing, hiking, birding and more.

Deep Roots Adventure: an Algonquin South Gate outfitter and guided company with a wide variety of products and services including canoe, kayak and paddle board rentals.

Bon Echo Provincial Park

Ontario Parks: operates the on-site Bon Echo Paddle Centre, offering canoes, kayaks and SUPs. All rentals include PFDs, paddles and safety kits. Rentals are offered on a first-come, first-served basis from the Rental Office in the Mazinaw Campground.

French River Provincial Park

Hartley Bay Marina: canoe rentals and fishing guides available.
 

Georgian Bay Islands National Park

Swift Outdoor Centre: offers canoe and stand up paddle boards out of Honey Harbour.

Diverse Rentals: bowriders, pontoon boats, fishing boats, waverunners and water toy rentals from Tiny.
 

Grundy Lake Provincial Park

Grundy Lake Supply Post: rents single and tandem kayaks, paddle boards and canoes, and sells groceries, fishing and camping supplies, bait, fuel and firewood.
 

Kawartha Highlands Provincial Park

Kawartha Adventure Rentals: canoe, SUP and kayak rentals available for pickup or delivery.
 

Killarney Provincial Park

Killarney Outfitters: offers rental and sale of canoe, kayak, camping equipment, maps and provides trip planning services.
 

Killbear Provincial Park

White Squall: sit-on-top and regular single and tandem kayak rentals in Parry Sound.
 

Lake Superior Provincial Park

Naturally Superior Adventures: fully outfitted and guided trips or tandem canoes, single and double sea kayaks, stand up paddle boards, tents, sleeping pads, wet suits and more for rent.

Lake Superior Park Office: canoe rentals available in the Park Office.
 

Lady-Evelyn Smoothwater Provincial Park

Temagami Outfitting: fully outfitted guided trips as well as canoes, kayaks, camping and safety equipment rentals.

Wanapitei Canoe: offers fully outfitted and guided Lady Evelyn sea kayak trips.
 

Missinaibi Provincial Park

Missiniabi Park Store: offers boat and motor rentals and canoe and kayak rentals.

Missinaibi Outfitters: rents canoes, kayaks, aluminum boats and motors, offers shuttles to various areas, as well as route planning, guides and canoe trip packages.

MOH Adventures: fully guided and outfitted trips in the park.
 

Mississagi Provincial Park

Mississagi Park: canoes can be rented by the day or half day for use in the park.
 

Oastler Lake Provincial Park

Swift Canoe: located under an hour from the park in Waubaushene, offers canoe, kayak and stand up paddle boards rentals.
 

Petroglyphs Provincial Park

Adventure Outfitters: canoes, stand up paddle boards and kayak rentals available, just under 20 minutes from the park entrance.

Wild Rock: rents canoes, kayaks and paddle boards rentals in Peterborough, less than an hour from the park, reservations permitted.
 

Pukaskwa National Park

Pukaskwa National Park: rent a canoe or a stand up paddleboard with safety kit and PFD from the park office.

Naturally Superior Adventures: fully outfitted and guided trips to Pukaskwa Park.
 

Sandbanks Provincial Park

West Lake Watersports: rent single or double kayaks, canoes, stand up paddle boards well as pontoon boats, sea doos or jet skis across from the Sandbanks Dunes.

Kabin Fever Kayak: kayak, paddle board and canoe rentals available on Black River.
 

Spanish River Provincial Park

MHO Adventures: fully outfitted and guided trips on the Spanish River.

Spanish River Outfitters: rents various paddling equipment and offer a broad range of fully outfitted services.

Agnew Lake Lodge: canoes, kayaks, canoe packs, tents, stoves and kitchen sets available to rent.
 

Quetico Provincial Park

Quetico Outfitters: offers different outfitting packages, from VIP outfitting and guided trips to DIY canoe and camping equipment rentals.

Canoe Canada: fully outfitting packages as well as canoe, cook kits, tents and barrel pack rentals.
 

Silent Lake Provincial Park

Silent Lake Park Office: canoe and kayak rentals available in the park.
 

Sleeping Giant Provincial Park

West Wind Store: offers fishing rods and tackle on loan, free of charge thru the OFAH Tackle Share Program, operated by the Friends of Sleeping Giant Provincial Park in the park’s Visitor Centre.
 

Wabakimi Provincial Park

Wabakimi Outfitters: complete or partial outfitting and guided canoe trips as well as shuttle service, trip planning advice. Also offer fly in and train in remote outpost locations.
 

Woodland Caribou Provincial Park
